It obtains the duration of a project and the\nappropriate slack for each activity in a deterministic context.\nIn addition it obtains a schedule of activities' time (Castro,\nGómez & Tejada (2007) ). It also\nallows the management of resources. When the project is done,\nand the actual duration for each activity is known, then it can\nknow how long the project is delayed and make a fair delivery\nof the delay between each activity (Bergantiños,\nValencia-Toledo & Vidal-Puga (2018)\n). In a stochastic context it\ncan estimate the average duration of the project and plot the\ndensity of this duration, as well as, the density of the early\nand last times of the chosen activities.
